If tech support requests that you use this file then:

• Please save the below file to your desktop.
• Then open the file by double clicking.

Please note: on some computers you may need to change Word's security settings to get this to work:

• click Tools, Macros, Security
• change the security to medium or low and restart Word
• open the techsupport document and follow the directions
• click Tools, Macros, Security and change the security level back to high
